Creating an Advertiser

An advertiser is the thing advertising. Generally a commercial company that holds an advertising budget.

Admin users have the possibility to create advertisers directly on the Koddi Ads UI.

Setting Up the Advertiser

1. On the Advertising UI, click on Admin Tools on the left navigation page
2. Then click on Clients & Advertisers and select the Advertisers tab.
3. Click Create Advertiser in the upper-right corner. The Advertiser Set Up Page will open. You will need to add the following information:

• Client - This is the marketplace or publisher hosting the advertising program, where the advertiser's campaign will be live. You will only be able to see clients you have access to.
• Advertiser Name - The name of the advertiser.
• Channels & Publishers - The media channels and publishers that will be available for this advertiser to activate. You will only be able to see channels available for this advertiser.
• Status - The advertiser's status (will be Pending until the advertiser is live).
• Currency - The advertiser's currency.
• Advertiser Notes - A quick place to note relevant details about the advertiser.

4. The below links will allow you to add the following to the advertiser (manually or with CSV upload):

• Entity or Entities => read
• User => read
• Funding => read
