Adding Entities to an Advertiser

An entity is the actual thing being advertised (product, hotel, restaurant, etc.). Entities with bids are referred to bidders in the Delivery + Collections API reference.

Entities can be manually added, directly on the Koddi Ads UI, once the advertiser has been created.

How to Add Entities to an Advertiser

1. On the Advertising UI, click on Admin Tools on the left navigation page.
2. Then click on Clients & Advertisers and select the Advertisers tab.
3. Select your advertiser and click Add Product in the upper-right corner (product tab).
4. You will be given two options:

• Add Manually: you can enter one or more comma-separated IDs for each entity you wish to create.
• CSV Upload: you can upload a CSV document that will contain all IDs listed on column A, starting at the A1 cell. This document does not need a header, nor any specific title.

Entities will be added to the advertiser.

Before they are active in a campaign, those entities will need to be added to an Ad Group. Read about the Campaign Creation Process and Ad Group Creation Process for more information.
