User Management

Koddi Ads Centralized User Management tool serves as a location where admins can:

1. Create new users
2. View existing users
3. Edit existing users

Centralized User Management

The Centralized User Management tool is accessible via the Admin Tools > User Management.

Create New User

Above the User info grid, there is a button that directs the administrator to the “Create New User” interface.
Only options that are available to the level of user rights will be displayed (i.e. an Advertiser Admin will not be able to add a Client Admin).

User Management Table

Admins are able to view all users they have access to, and navigate to their respective profiles and users settings. From this page, an Admin can:

• Search a specific user with the filter tool
• Edit user settings
• Export the user list
• Create a new user

The following information is available on the user table:

• User Status (Active, Inactive, Pending)
• First, Last Name
• User Email
• User Role (Client Admin, Client Viewer, Advertiser Admin, Advertiser Manager, Advertiser Viewer, Advertiser Reporting Only)
• Client Access (Marketplace Name and ID)
• Advertiser Access (Advertiser Name and ID)
• Last Sign-In
• Created by
• Created On
• Interaction Button (options are "Edit" and "Remove platform access")

If the user has more than one role, "Multiple" will be displayed.

Each user should have one row, rolled up at the User Email level. Admins are able to sort the order of the table by clicking on the header.

Roles and Permission

Admin Users (for your use):

• Client Admin
• Client Viewer

Advertiser Users (for your advertiser's use):

• Advertiser Admin *
• Advertiser Manager
• Advertiser Viewer
• Advertiser Reporting Only

*Note: advertisers can only add one Advertiser Admin per account.
