Funding Page

A user with the appropriate permissions can access the Funding page, at the advertiser level, under Admin Tools > Advertiser > Funding.

The user will be able to see the Advertiser's Balance, i.e., the total funds that are currently available for an Advertiser to spend, broken out by Funding Type : System Credits, Pre-payment and Spend Limit (for spend against a spend limit).

The user will also access the table Funding Events that includes all funding events across all available Funding Types for that Advertiser. This table displays the following columns:

• Date - The date on which a given funding event occurred.
• Funding Event ID - A unique ID associated with each funding event.
• Funding Type - The Funding Type of a given funding event, i.e. Spend Limit, System Credit/System Debit, Promo Code.
• Amount - The amount of a given funding event, including the currency.
• Spent - The amount of the original Funding event that has spent.
• Remaining - The amount of the original funding event that has not yet been spent.
• Expiration Date - The expiration date of a given funding event.

Note: On the campaign management pages, you will see "Current Balance" (which includes system credits and prepayments) and "Total Balance" (which includes system credits, prepayments, and spend limit/IOs).
