This endpoint initiates the entity registration for a given Member Group ID and Advertiser ID. Each ID included in the internal_ids array must separated by commas.
In order to confirm that entities were successfully added, the Entity Registration Failed Report endpoint can be called. This endpoint will detail each of the internal_ids that were not successfully added to the advertiser.
The Member Group ID will be provided by the Koddi team.
