Offsite: Using Audiences for Offsite
Koddi supports flexible audience activation to accommodate a number of offsite publishers, including DSPs, social platforms, and other third-party supply partners. Given the variability in identity availability, data governance, and platform constraints across offsite environments, Koddi enables multiple ingestion models.
Option 1: Using the Offsite Platform
Audiences can be shared with the offsite platforms directly (often using tools that are already in palce). This is generally a feature of your CDP, DMP or through an identity resolution partner.
Once audiences are set up in the offsite platform, Koddi can access those audiences through our direct integration with them. Generally, not every audience should be available to every advertiser. Your Koddi team will work with you on configuring the permissions for each audience.
Once audiences are synced, Koddi will use them activate media with the offsite partner who will then run the media.
Option 2: Using Koddi to Send Audiences to the Offsite Platform
Audiences can be shared shared with Koddi first. Generally, not every audience should be available to every advertiser. Your Koddi team will work with you on configuring the permissions for each audience.
Koddi will sync those audiences with the offsite partner through our direct integration with them.
Once audiences are synced, Koddi will use them activate media with the offsite partner who will then run the media.
When using option 2, the cost of distrubution based on the count of audiences/audience members and number of offsite platform targets will be defined in your commerical agreement with Koddi.
